Marco Mizzau is a Global CEO, Founder, and Strategic Advisor with over 26 years of leadership experience in finance, industrials, healthcare, and technology. Marco’s journey began at Ferrovie dello Stato, where he gained foundational leadership experience before taking on senior roles at KPMG, EY, and Accenture. During his tenure at these leading global firms, he successfully led strategic, financial, and digital transformation programs across Europe, Russia, Turkey, and the Middle East. His ability to integrate technology into core business operations helped numerous organizations realize substantial operational and financial improvements.

Between 2012 and 2019, Marco served as the Chief Operating Officer at Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital, Italy, where he led major operational improvements and initiatives to enhance service delivery. Following this, Marco became the Chief Executive Officer of Inarcassa, Italy’s €14B asset management institution, overseeing the growth of assets and strategic investments. He also served as the CEO of Consip, Italy’s €27B national procurement and supply chain platform, where his leadership enabled the full digitalization of the platform ahead of national targets, resulting in €4B in public savings.

Since 2025, Marco has expanded his focus to private equity and M&A-driven growth, working as a Strategic Advisor to global private equity funds. His advisory expertise has been pivotal in driving AI-enabled transformation and investment growth across the healthcare, fintech, industrial, and technology sectors. Marco’s commitment to innovation and growth continues to inspire his clients and collaborators.
