Krista’s leadership journey began in her childhood, where she displayed an innate ability to unite people. From being the rule enforcer during sibling games to organizing adventurous escapades, her leadership qualities were apparent from a young age.

She recounts a memorable incident at just seven years old: “I managed to persuade my sister to create a diversion while I dragged a chair across the room to reach the phone. I called my dad to convince my parents to rescue all the kids from the babysitter and take us to a wedding in Ireland.”

As she matured, her flair for leadership manifested in various arenas. Krista anchored her middle and high school’s morning news show, held several leadership roles in her college sorority, choreographed a winning performance for the annual Lip Jam competition, and even produced content for her school’s TV station.

“I’ve been producing, directing, coordinating, and leading initiatives for as long as I can remember,” she reflects.

Today, Krista’s early leadership experiences have allowed her to positively impact countless individuals. As a business owner, she is devoted to fostering a strong community and culture within her company, continuously working with mentors to promote growth. “I cherish being a leader and an entrepreneur, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to pursue this path,” she expresses.

From writing for her school newspaper to studying communications and film in college, Krista’s early pursuits laid the foundation for her future. In her twenties, she secured her dream position working for a network executive, where her job involved reviewing numerous scripts daily.

Becoming a mother has introduced a new aspect to her work-life balance, teaching her to appreciate the productivity achieved during a brief afternoon nap window. “As I often remind my clients, the health of your business mirrors your personal well-being,” she notes.
